Product description
SIDAC SYSTEM TOUCH is the new CNC generation, which offers simplicity, potential, versatility, and high performance in one solution.The SIDAC SYSTEM TOUCH is particularly suited to the new requirements for the AUTOMATIC FACTORY (INDUSTRY 4.0). The hardware consists of the 10” operator interface (which is designed to be mounted on board the control panels of machines or manufacturing lines), the AXIS/PLC module (to be installed inside electric switchboards) and of the dedicated keyboard.
The operator interface with a large graphic LCD display, can be used to manage the signal functions and customized pushbutton panel, typical of the control console.The AXIS/PLC module, thanks to the boards wide range available, can be configured exactly according to the required application. Furthermore, it can perform both the functions of a multi-axis positioner (providing the same precision and performance as the more advanced Sidac CNCs) and the PLC functions (with very low sampling times).
The wide range of available software permits the usage of existing and proved to be reliable software packages, which enclose all the experience gained by Sidac. Customizations or complete dedicated developments are also possible, both by Sidac and by the Customer himself; in this case Sidac provides libraries of programming tools, as well as all the necessary technical support.
The large modularity and the wide range of hardware available permit to combine the system according to the application requirements, without any over cost due to excess of configuration.
