The PWM transistor of the Master series is used in applications where an excellent uniformity and high dynamic response is required.
Numerous applications can be obtained due to the possibility of selecting by a switch the speed control characteristics (using dynamotachometer or feedback from armature) or the torque characteristics and there is also the possibility of utilizing acceleration and deceleration ramps.
